For those that like to try to figure out where Deb and I are heading.
Deb has left in our new truck and is heading to Florida now. She stopped in KY last night to visit with our son Christopher. I think she will arrive in Ft. Myers tomorrow.
I am still in Newport, RI. Waiting for weather that will support a safe passage to Miami onboard John Callahan’s boat Epique. Epique is 56 feet long and a very comfortable sailboat. I feel like I’ll be traveling in luxury!!

We hope to depart on Sunday and sail direct arriving on Nov 6-7. Weather looks good at this point. I’m guessing there is at least a 50% chance that we will need to stop at some point to wait for better conditions.
