Another day of scrubbing the decks and floor boards, buffing the mast, pickling the water maker, and servicing the engine. It’s a chore putting the boat to bed for maybe until next May. Who knows? Jim and I are moving slow!
Once the boat was finally put to bed, we booked it up to RI to do our final staging for the “passage” to CA. Barely counts as a drive, except the car is so full we look like the Clampetts driving down the road!
We will be here for a couple days installing a tow package on the car and moving the 350 tons of stuff from the car into a Uhaul. Then it’s CA or bust!
