Goodbye Day

For the past two weeks we have enjoyed traveling together with Paul and Amanda Mitchell. Today we had to say goodbye. 

We initially all met in Musket Cove, Fiji in 2003 during our first cruise on Morpheus. Paul and Amanda live in New Zealand and when we checked in with them two years ago we learned that they had plans to purchase a boat in Europe in order to cruise the Med.  What are the chances that we’d run into them again 13 years later, and in Europe???
The last two weeks have been fantastic, but they are getting ready to head home in three weeks and we need to sail 200 miles east to meet Joe and Michelle Hawkins when they get off their ferry on August 27th. 

If all goes well we will all see each other again next season. We sure hope so!!
