Two old men were sitting on a park bench in a retirement community one day.
The second one says to the first, “So how did you make your money?”
The first one says, “I had a factory for many years but it burned down and
now I am retired in luxury, living off the insurance payment.”
The second one says, “Funny I had a similar thing happen. I owned a factory
for many years but it was destroyed by a flood and now I am retired off the
insurance money from my loss.”
The men sit for a few minutes and then the first one turns to the second and
says, “So how do you start a flood?”
